From the moment you walk in, our team supports you and makes you feel comfortable in the studio. Here’s the itinerary:

• You’ll meet with our producer to hash out what your goals are, and to discover your unique superpower that will give you the groundwork needed to establish your brand mission.

• You’ll meet with our hair and makeup artists so they can get you camera-ready.

• We get you in-studio for professional headshots, where our photographer captures your best look with a clean background and flattering lighting.

• Our videographer and photographer guide you so that they can capture dynamic action shots for lifestyle photos, bringing you to life.

• Our videographer will work with you to capture short personalized action videos, creating a b-roll for your sizzle.

• You’ll meet with our producer for an interview session in-studio, giving us the inside scoop on your story with authentic footage for your performance media kit.

• Our director will guide you in our professional studio set to capture your coaching style and movements with short clips.

Throughout Media Day we film behind the scenes to capture BTS content that we sprinkle throughout your footage. Afterwards, we offer snacks and refreshments so you can unwind and network with others in the fitness community. 

With traditional press kits costing between $1,000-$5,000, and with the value of our performance media kit ranging from $5,000-$10,000+, our $995 all-inclusive package is not only a great value, but takes away the need to hire specific contractors and is conveniently completed all in one day. 

We send you your performance media kit within 3 weeks of Media Day, where you’ll walk away with a shareable link that includes headshots, lifestyle/action photos, a sizzle video, workout clips, and your story video.
